I was trying to send this to Tempurpedic and my system wouldn't let me, so for your info, don't buy this bed:

Four years ago we bought a king mattress from Relax the Back on Ventura Blvd. in Cal. Last year I called to say that our bed was breaking down and we wanted a service person to come out. I was told I had to call Tempurpedic. I did and was told that I couldn't have a service person come out and that I had to go through this ridiculous nonsense about measuring etc. We lived in a senior apartment as we are seniors and could not possibly lift the bed. Also, the box spring was squeaking from all sides.

We finally gave in and bought a new regular mattress last week from a store that sells your bed. I told them our story about your bed and they do have a service man come out to check it. I should have gone through them.

Consequently, I gave it to a person who was in need of a bed. To ask anyone to lift a king mattress and go through all that crap is nonsense. You obviously do not stand by your product and won't help your customers. On top of that, the service person was cold and very unhelpful.

Needless to say, after going what we did and spending $3000.00, we will not recommend your bed and tell anyone who is going to buy one, NOT TO BUY IT!!!!

Husband and I are looking for new matress. It is a jungle out there. Memory foam we hear can be too hot, breaks down after awhile. Select number matresses have good and bad reviews. We are both having neck and back issues with our mattress now and it is only 4 years old

We bought a Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress several years ago. After about 4 years we both woke up with severe back aches. It is now in our guest room with an "egg crate" foam topper on it which I purchased at Wal Mart. They are not what they are "cracked" up to be. Never again!

I am contemplating buying the bragada memory foam matress. Is this a good mattress? It has 5.3 lb. memory foam a 9" crown. Do you like the memory foam matresses? I am 73 and need a matress that doesn't have sore spots. Thanks so much for your reply.

I had the same issues as you, however not with a memory foam mattress. I had a eurotop mattress for about three years though. Anyway in my confusion about which would be a suitable mattress I stumbled upon an awesome mattress blog online. Here's the website , ask any question on the blog. The blog owner is a mattress guru and will answer almost the same day, if you post real early in the morning, or will do so the next day. He helped me through all of my mattress dilemnas. Hope this helps. Oh, by the way, a memory foam mattress is something I thought I should get until I read this blog. You might like it.

We have had an Ortho memory foam mattress for 3 1/2 years. It has been very comfortable until about 4 months ago. We both now wake up in the night with terrible back aches. No matter how much tossing and turning we do, our backs still ache! This was a very expensive mattress and Ortho's warranty policy is anything but consumer friendly. Any suggestions or comments?
